³⁷ Always obey the rules, orders, ·teachings [law; ^Ltorah], and commands he wrote for you. Do not ·honor [revere; fear] other gods. ³⁸ Do not forget the ·agreement [covenant; treaty] I made with you, and do not ·honor [revere; fear] other gods. ³⁹ Instead ·worship [revere; fear] the Lord your God, who will ·save [rescue; ^Tdeliver] you from all your enemies.”
